This is the Balaclava Inn, at the foot of Watford Street (just off Victoria Street). Sadly, like so many others in Blackburn, it is no longer a pub and hasn't been for years and years. It is now a pizza parlour, curry house or similar. It was still a pub back in 1981, as I remember auditioning to join Ken Marsden's (then) band upstairs in there, that year. Difficult to date this photo, but at a guess, I would say late 60's or early 70's.
